Sheikh Al-Albani
Therefore, eating only becomes prohibited from the time in which fajr prayer is permissible, there's nothing separating the two matters. There's no imsak (i.e., abstaining from eating and drinking) of 15 mins, or more or less between the time when fajr prayer becomes permissible and the time when eating becomes prohibited, never. That's because the prayer is only obligated once the true fajr rises, and eating becomes prohibited for the fasting person upon the rising of the true fajr. Therefore, there's nothing separating the two matters, not at all.
